Getting It Together

No this isn't an ode to the Parent Trap - though that might be a little fun. Instead I'll just go on and on about random items (such is my life)..

this weekend kicked my ass - Friday night I met my pals Amy and Marc at Here to watch the Haitan relief concert - though to be honest we talked and drank over all of it. My pal Devin couldn't make it cause he was editing the Swivek video for "Rock Hard" - that's right beatches, MY video is coming soon...

My other pal Brian came out and met us and we ended up hanging out with his straight brother from West Covina, his girlfriend Big Titties (sorry girl can't remember names for shizz), and two hipster gay boys from Covina and Pamona... I don't even know what Covina or Pamoma are though I think the latter is a convenience store... which would explain why the guy was a total douche bag.

We ended drunk and crazed at Fubar where I ran inot more pals before one of the hipster dix got kicked out of the bar. Please note: I didn't get kicked out I just chose to leave with the obnoxious ones.

Then Saturday was my pal Geoff's birthday and we ended up spending a ton on good eats and good strippers at Mickey's. I once again got a little too buzzed but it wasn't really until Sunday with Miss A and Miss K that my check liver light finally came on - and by then it was far too late in the afternoon to do anything about it.

On the bonus I feel a tad better now (though my check card is once again behind the bar at Trunks - every single frickin' time I go there I forget it) and I did find out CD Baby has all the Swivek CDs and is busy getting them online and to the online sales merchants. Someone emailed me thoughts on the new album and they were all insanely positive. I never know exactly how to describe my music and have come down to "electro punk" which were the exact words written to me in the email so I guess I know my genres.

I am also THIS close to coming up with my final list for the Best Singles of the 90's so keep reading and watching and there will be new news as I crawl out from under my hangovers to type it out.
