Well he's not as beefy as most of the guys who end up as the Hot Bastage Of The Week - in fact you could say he doesn't have any meat on his bones... and I'm dressing like him for Halloween!

There are some hilarious "Literal Versions" of videos out there - the idea is they take a video and instead of singing along with the lyrics they make up lyrics to what the characters are doing in the videos. One of the best so far has been Bonnie Tyler's "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" but now I just found one for my girl - Pat Benatar and her video for "Love Is A Battlefield" - if you aren't cracking up after the 3:28 mark there is something wrong with you:
On my way to work today I had the old Zune on random play and a little ditty by Tim McGraw came on and I remembered how hot he was and so this week's Hot Bastage Of The Week was picked...he's what one would refer to as a HOT DADDY... whew!
It was another stellar weekend - Saturday we finally, got everything going for the photo shoot for the new Swivek album. The shoot went excellent and all my peeps were the quissessential models. It's going to look great!
Then on Sunday, I did a little shopping on Hollywood Boulevard and found my Halloween costume, not to mention stopping at American Apparel and buying myself some slutty short shorts and calf high soccer socks, just cuz it's hot... and then it was off to a video shoot for Shitting Glitter's new video. Though we missed the main shots of the video, we filmed a little more at Palm's and I'm so in there - just what they needed a cameo by Swivek!
Tonight there's even more glamour to be had as the Boofont Sisters will be performing at Here Lounge - conventiently located just down the street from my home... and they'll be performing with proceeds going to the Matthew Shephard Foundation and it's all for the DVD release of Sordid Lives - The Series so some of the cast may be there! If Olivia shows up you'll hear me scream - no matter where you live...

I mean the dude was on RuPaul's Drag Race, shared the stage with Ms. Cyndi Lauper, and even had a song on "True Blood." With lines like, "I'll eat that ass like a cannibal" and "I masturbated til the KY faded/ I'm exhausticated" How can you not love him? And he's hot... oh and dirty, did I mention dirty?? That's why CAZWELL is our HOT BASTAGE OF THE WEEK...

I went to the dentist today and as I've stated before (and will again and again) I hate the dentist. If the actual act of having someone fingering around inside my head isn't bad or gross enough, the bill at the end of it all drives me nuts. Why oh why can't my teeth be pretty all on their own? Well no matter that I can't sip water without running it all the way down my shirt, it still reminds me of one of my favorite things - the Pat Benatar video for Anxiety, so let's enjoy it together okay?
I don't know how many of you are watching Glee, but it really is a great little show and a few episodes back they did a little song and dance number to "Say A Little Prayer" which seems to be the biggest thing to hit the You Tube waves since Beyonce's "Single Ladies" and here is my ultimate favorite rendition:
I spend way too much time online reading various blogs - there's DListed - with its wry sassy celebrity bitches, and www.towleroad.com for both celebrity mongering and politics, and Pam's House Blend for LGBT politics, and now I have a new favorite here is http://www.goodasyou.org/ a gay political news blog run by a guy named Jeremy Hooper. I read it every day and like he says it's a new wave of gay politics.. check it out if you so desire.
I know, I've been laxing again with the posts and I swear someday I'll get my shizz together and maybe this blog will actually make sense... but since I'm a Gemini, meaning my mind wanders from place to place so does my blog.
Today's update is nothing more than a weather update - as it is finally raining here in La La Land and I barely made to work with my life in tact. The Leivas bought me the hugest umbrella in the world and as I meander through the streets on my walk to work, I'm either bumping into poles, street signs and in one case, a crash collission with another umbrella. To beat it all, the thing is so big that even the slightest breeze picks my feet up off the ground... making me even lighter in the loafers than ususal... sigh.
For even more enjoyment of my mundane life - my pal Ryan came over last Saturday driving one of my all time favorite things in the world - a frickin' Ford Pinto! Of course it called for a Bradley Pinto Portfolio Photo Shoot and here's a little taste of what happened the night the Pinto came to visit:
Okay, this week has been pretty intense, most notably cuz I couldn't walk past a bar without stopping in it.. plus Shitting Glitter put on a show, the Leivas and I went to Hamburger Mary's, the Spotlight and had a midnight movie ("Paranormal Activity" - which I'll review for you guys next week) and now today is our one year anniversary... that's right On 10-9-8 some poor bastage by the name of the Leivas married me ... and it's legal (all you f**kers) so wish me yet another congrats, cuz I certainly deserve it...
Tomorrow we are headed to my in laws for a little wine and fun talking and on Sunday it's the Leivas' birthday... hopefully next week, I can go back to being bored to tears.
Last night while innocently walking home from my job, I saw a rare and beautiful site - my pal Amy sitting at the balcony of Eleven having a glass of wine, so of course I had to stop in and say hi, which always involves happy hour Captain & Cokes... what can you do? I also ran into a few other pals and we ended up playing Trivia until about 9 when some bitchy queens cheated and took away our championship!
And it looks like the rest of the week could be just as fun. Tomorrow night, the Leivas and I scored our tickets for the ''scariest'' movie ever Paranormal Activity, then on Friday it's our one year wedding anniversary! and (psst don't tell anyone but) Alf's birthday is Sunday.
Next weekend we are finally shooting the cover for the new Swivek CD and I am even gearing up to do a live show (don't get too excited yet but I think it just might happen)
And tonight I get to see all my pals including Chris Freeman from Pansy Division who will be playing bass for my favorite LA band, Shitting Glitter! Look at the flyer and if you're near Hollywood come out to the show, it's going to be great!
